When Sarah was younger, growing up inHouston, she remembers watching her mom paint murals throughout every room in their home, painting bricks on floors, and painting wood window treatments to look like soft draping. Sarah has continued to watch her mom, M. Allison, evolve and achieve wonderful things. Being the daughter of a creative and extremely talented artist, it was only a matter of time before Sarah discovered her own talent. It wasn’t until college, when Sarah received a degree in Interior Design that she realized she could sketch and paint a subject matter to look just like the photograph or subject she was studying. She was immediately drawn to realism and decided to explore her talent. It is important for her to find a variety of subject matter to paint and she hopes to always have a constant willingness to change and evolve like her mom. Sarah is always excited to begin a new painting, and, more importantly, to see it come to life. All paintings on my site have been sold. I am currently working on new pieces and will add them soon.
