I love to paint! I adore making art! This is what I have been doing my entire life, creating images from my imagination and using color as much in my day as is humanly possible. I received my BFA in the mid 80′s. I’ve been a graphic designer and illustrator ever since. Slowly but surely I am shifting my focus to more fine art, less in the realm of advertising and more self-indulgent, to express myself, to have fun. I run a successful freelance illustration business from my home studio, I am a full time mama, I homeschool my son, I am a partner in a children’s tea business, I am a fabulous wife and friend and in my free time I watch the trees around me grow, nurture my flower and vegetable gardens and still search for fairies under the many mushrooms in the woods. Living on a gentle mountain in the wild of Vermont, I have tons of imagination space and inspiration from our outdoor temple. Life is exciting and slow and fast and good!
