About Me
I believe art has healing properties through the creative and viewing viewing process.
I paint using vibrant colors in oils and acrylics applied with both brushes and palette knifes on gallery-wrapped canvas. The interpretive work of my abstracts is further enhanced with heavy texture and layers of paints and glazes. My figurative pieces are conventional with a twist of soul, and the botanicals that emerge are always multible blends of bold and subtle colors. I hold an unconventional belief that artwork should be touched, allowing the tactile senses to explore deeper than the eyes can see.
